  • Developed the Quebec Market from 1 to 60 franchise locations in under 3 years
  • Developed a national brand in Canada from 40 to 450 locations in 6 years
  • Has personally opened over 150 franchise locations
  • Opened Franchise locations in Denver, Los Angeles, Seattle, England and across Canada
  • Developed Operations Manuals as well as Training programs.
  • Certified Instructor for the National Food Safety Training Program (Canada wide)
  • Certified Instructor for the ServSafe food safety program ( US & Canada)
